The Center for At-Risk Elders, Inc. is a nonprofit, public interest law firm established on October 1, 2010. CARE volunteers and professional staff serve the needs of our community’s most vulnerable through our adult guardianship program. Just shy of 700 men and women have benefitted from the strength and expertise of CARE’s advocates.
